UIU Men's Soccer Camps

Facilities & Directions

Pattison Soccer Field is home to the UIU Peacock soccer teams.  Having been voted the best soccer field in Iowa in 2012, the grounds crew keep the field in meticulous condition and is a huge recruiting tool for the soccer program.  The Men’s program has commanded a 60-44-3 at home since 2006 at the NCAA Div II.  Below Pattison Field are two practice fields for the men’s and women’s soccer teams.

Home of the UIU Football program, the stadium received a $7.5 million facelift and hosted the first night game of the program’s history in September 2012.  With a seating capacity of 3,500, hospitality areas, and box seats the stadium is one of the premium stadiums in the conference.  The soccer programs utilize the stadium turf when preparing for opponents playing on turf and practicing in the evening.  Evening sessions will be conducted on the stadium field under the floodlights.

Having just had its flooring updated, the UIU Rec Center offers a variety of different sports including tennis, basketball, volleyball, badminton, yoga, and running.  The majority of the UIU athletic teams use the facility during the winter months for practice and preparation for their respective seasons of competition.  A running/walking track encircles the facility on the ground and second floor as well as housing a weight room, yoga/aerobics room, and the current practice facility for the ranked UIU Wrestling team.

For the College ID Camp, campers will stay in the residence halls on the Upper Iowa University campus.  The meals during the residential camps will be hosted in the Upper Iowa cafeteria, located in the Student Center.  The South Village halls were completed recently and promote apartment-style housing.  Rooms are air-conditioned and each apartment-style unit includes restroom and shower facilities.  If you have a roommate preference, please indicate that during the registration.

Our residential campers will have the opportunity to relax in-between sessions and in the evening in our Student Center activity area.  With many activities such as pool, air hockey, table tennis, and two computer console stations, the campers will remain active and have an opportunity to meet new friends.
